In this week's issue of Time Out Chicago, I
took a tour of the ReBuilding Exchange, an amazing nonprofit organization that sells reusable reclaimed building materials, runs a job training program for the underemployed and hosts a milieu of workshops. I signed up for a bench making class for May! I'm a big fan of their new furniture line, which a carpenter jeans-wearing Blake sold at Dose this past weekend– particularly loving the wood-framed mirrors and metal-based benches. Here's to hoping mine turns out half as good.
